I have always had a creative spirit, however, bringing up a family put things on hold. I am a mother of three sons and nanna of two grandchildren. I have worked for many years with children in various secondary schools before reducing to part-time, therefore, it has only been in recent years that l have been able to develop my passion of painting and drawing. My main inspiration has been from nature where I love to capture the character and emotion of a subject, it’s a connection with a subject which often compels me to paint it.
